Tata Power Solar unveils its residential solar rooftop campaign #PledgeForSolar in Ranchi

§  Successfully launched residential rooftop solution in more than 18 cities -  Delhi, Mumbai, Ajmer, Bengaluru to name a few

§  Annual saving is expected up to INR 50,000 per kw

Ranchi. Tata Power Solar, India's largest solar energy company, and Tata Power's wholly owned subsidiary, launches its pan India residential solar rooftop campaign. The campaign got unveiled today in the city of Ranchi to inspire the residents across the country to implement residential solar rooftop solution. This campaign intent to cover 100 cities across India and expected to save up to Rs. 50,000 annually per Kw per year. Mr. Niranjan Kumar, Director (Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency) & Managing Director (Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited), and Mr. Sanjay Ranjan Singh, IPS, Jharkand  along with other senior dignitaries from the government and key decision makers from the corporate industry who also graced the launch event with their presence.

To support the campaign and create further awareness on the drive, Tata Power Solar is organizing a cycle rally in the city where the local residents will be informed on the benefits of adopting solar energy. Along with this, the initiative has a native connect where the consumers will understand the importance of renewable energy. #PledgeForSolar inspires the people of India to accept the positive change and move towards the solar energy usage.
